WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Dear valued customers,

Once your order has been submitted you will be notified. You will receive a confirmation email letting you know that your order has been received. Pick-ups are available Mon-Fri 9:30am-4:30 pm at The Strand Plaza on West Bay Road (Along Seven Mile Beach). We will contact you via telephone to confirm the date and time for pick-up or delivery. You will also receive a email when your order is ready for pickup or out for delivery. More information about our pick-up location and delivery service will be provided.

All prices are in Cayman Islands dollars (KYD).

NO REFUND. NO EXCHANGE.

All purchases are final.

When you go to pick up/collect your package you will pay after you've carefully checked your item/s. The same applies to items that are delivered (Cash on delivery). Due to our NO REFUND policy we advise that you carefully check each item before paying.

We accept orders and inquiries 24/7, however pick-ups are available Mon-Fri 9:30 am-4:30 pm at our pick-up location The Strand on West Bay Road (Seven Mile Beach). Deliveries are Monday-Saturday.

We offer FREE deliveries within West Bay.
